Helping you move with greater confidence.

Physiotherapy

Through hands-on therapy, movement assessment and evidence-informed rehabilitation, we'll help you move with confidence so you can get back to doing what you love.

How we help

Because living with pain shouldn't become your normal.

Pain, injury and movement concerns can affect every part of daily life, from work and exercise to spending time with the people you love. Our physiotherapists take the time to understand what's contributing to your symptoms before creating a personalised treatment plan that supports your recovery, improves your confidence and helps you move forward with ease.

your treatment

Every treatment plan is tailored to you.

No two people move—or recover—in exactly the same way. Your physiotherapist will tailor your care to your individual needs and goals, which may include:

Gentle manual techniques to reduce pain, improve movement and support recovery.

Personalised exercises designed to improve strength, mobility and long-term function.

Helping you understand your condition and giving you the confidence to manage it.

Looking at how your body moves to identify contributing factors and support lasting improvement.

Conditions we support

Helping you feel your best, for any reason.

Frequently Asked Questions

Starting physiotherapy can feel like a big step, especially if it's your first time or you're unsure what to expect. Here are answers to some of the questions we're asked most often to help you feel informed, comfortable and confident before your visit.

Do I need a referral from my gp to see a physiotherapist?

No, you don't need a referral to book an appointment with one of our physiotherapists. However, if you're claiming through WorkCover, a motor vehicle accident insurer or another funding provider, a referral or additional documentation may be required.

What happens during my first appointment

Your first appointment is all about understanding you. We'll discuss your symptoms, health history and goals before completing a thorough assessment, explaining our findings and creating a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.

What should I wear to my first appointment?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and gives your physiotherapist access to the area being assessed. If you're attending for a lower limb injury, shorts are often helpful, while a singlet or loose-fitting top may be suitable for shoulder or neck concerns.

What if physiotherapy isn't the right service for me?

If we believe another practitioner or service would better support your needs, we'll help guide you in the right direction. As a collaborative clinic, we're committed to ensuring you receive the most appropriate care, even if that means referring you to another member of our team.
